USA Drugstore Skincare Wishlist

Today marks 33 days till I get on a plane to Florida – it’s been 12 years and I simply cannot wait!

Naturally, I have a long list of items I want to hunt out when I am over there and purchase if I still like the look of them in the flesh.

To kick things off here’s my Drugstore Skincare wishlist:

1. Yes to Coconut Eczema Relief Spray
2. Pacifica Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes
3. Secret Scent Expressions Clear Gel Deodorant
4. Jergens Wet Skin Moisturiser
5. Nügg Face Mask
6. EOS Lip Balm in Blackberry Nectar

I would love to know if you think there’s anything else I should look into seeking when I am there, I will definitely be taking some time to rummage around the aisles and might even have a few more items when I get back.

Disney – Dare to Dream – Ariel Eyeshadow Quad in Sea Darling

 

A palette with Ariel on, it just makes me squeal with Disney goodness! Ariel was always my second favourite princess. I always used to pretend I was her when we were in the pool in the Florida Keys. Who wouldnt want to be Ariel? Well apparently with this quad you can look like her!

Yeah…. well you can get ‘her look’ anyway!

 

The Quad consists of 4 colours as shown above – it makes me feel like I should be packing this to take to Florida with me in October.

I have to say i’m a little scared of the turquoise, but it’s so pretty – the colour payoff is pretty good considering it’s a cheap palette – the black shadow is great for applying over liquid eyeliner to set it in place.

I will definitely be heading to Walgreens in October to see if I can find anymore bits from the Disney ‘Dare to Dream’ range! Maybe a more neutral toned one…

KIKO Water Eyeshadows

 

I’ve been wanting to buy a couple of KIKO’s water eyeshadows for quite some time now but I find their shipping quite expensive to The Netherlands as their products are so cheap. Last week I got a lovely email through saying FREE UPS shipping worldwide! I knew I had to grab some as they were also on sale on their website!

I chose no.200 (Champagne) and no.227 (Light Taupe)

Firstly I just have to say these are SO PIGMENTED it it ridiculous! I picked these up for £4.40 each and the quality is exceptional.

They are very sparkly and have a little bit of fallout but otherwise they are just stunning. They are almost a dupe for MAC’s extra dimension eyeshadows looks-wise.

I also love the little cases they come in, they feel almost high-end with the matt finished black box and little mirror.

They are also paraben free which is a big BONUS on my end 🙂

I definitely recommend these and plan on picking more up in the future!

e.l.f Disney – Belle – An Enchanted Tale Eyeshadow & Eyeliner

This is the first review of the makeup I received from my USA swap here.

As mentioned in my swap post; every year e.l.f produces a Disney themed range of their makeup. With the good ol’ use of Facebook I managed to find someone in the states who was able to send me some of the Belle products which I wanted to get my hands on.

USA Disney Beauty Swap!

 

I’ve been aware of the Facebook swap group for a long time now; after two (yes two!) failed attempts last year I left it a good 6 months before trying again.

A lovely lady and experienced swapper messaged me stating that she wanted to swap with me – she had access to some of the Disney makeup being sold in Walgreens that I was after.

I cannot explain how excited I was when the postman delivered this to me! After being skeptical that it would never arrive from my previous experiences; I was really over the moon!

The budget was $50 and I’ll show you what I got…
